Noah's New York Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in San Jose, CA. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the team, ensure a great guest experience, and oversee opening/closing duties while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep the store safe and clean.
• Rise in your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
