Job summary

Papa John's in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to supervise shifts, ensure high quality products and excellent customer service while driving restaurant profitability.

You will manage operations, adhere to policies, train staff, control costs, and support inventory and cash handling. A high school diploma and Serv-Safe certification preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/local or state certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and portioning; performs station duties and maintains product holding times.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems; maintains quality and cost controls.
• Contributes to profit goals by using the FOCUS system and assists in cash management and inventory control.
