Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to join our restaurant teams in Kentucky. The role involves overseeing shifts, ensuring food quality and sanitation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a clean, safe environment.

The Shift Leader may work across positions, opening/closing the restaurant and maintaining inventory while coaching team members to uphold standards and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adhere to labor metrics while monitoring sales during the shift.
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and with integrity.
• Work hands-on in all restaurant positions with team members.
• Provide exceptional Guest experience to patrons.
• Maintain Six Service Standards and PLUS 1 as needed.
• Perform opening and closing managerial duties, including cash handling.
• Resolve guest issues or conflicts and report to GM.
• Handle food storage and orders accurately.
• Conduct daily temperature checks to ensure food safety.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun work environment.
• Communicate essential information to management.
• Report team member issues to General Manager.
