Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations and guest service at our Millington location. You will supervise team members, open and close shifts, manage inventory, and ensure food quality and sanitation standards are met.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication skills, a positive, growth-focused attitude, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible hours and a collaborative work environment are provided.
