Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adhere to scheduled labor metrics and monitor sales during the shift.
• Perform opening/closing duties, including readiness checklists and cash handling.
• Work hands-on in all restaurant positions to support the team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by following service standards and handling guest issues.
• Place, check in, and store food orders; conduct daily temperature checks.
