Einstein Bros Bagels in Manor, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily operations and inspire the team to deliver a great guest experience.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate staff, coach team members, and open/close the store with minimal supervision while maintaining quality, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive work-life balance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
