Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check per local/state/federal law.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Help set morale and tone of the team and grow careers within Bagel Brands.
