Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Flower Mound, TX. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience, open and close the store, coach staff, and maintain quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
