Bruegger’s Bagels in Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a Shift Leader to motivate the team and ensure a top-notch guest experience. You will open and close the store, coach staff, and uphold food quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.
• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred or required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow into higher roles within the company as opportunities arise.
