Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Plano, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will coach team members, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and ensure food quality and a clean, safe environment.

We offer a flexible schedule, PTO after 90 days, no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, EAP, Learn To Live coaching, and a 401K with company match. Minimums: high school diploma, 18+, ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have or be able to obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver's license is preferred but location dependent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career; many leaders started as Shift Leaders.
