Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Milwaukee is looking for a Shift Leader who collaborates with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure quality and safety, and help grow careers, with many GMs starting as Shift Leaders.

The role offers a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, no evenings or nights, and a path to advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• They provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment.
