Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• ServSafe Certification must be obtained before leadership training.
• Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Opportunity to grow from Shift Leader to General Manager over time.
