Job summary

Bruegger’s Bagels in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and coach team members to maintain quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, are 18+, and can work varied hours including early mornings and weekends. ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.
• Must possess or acquire ServSafe Certification before leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and manage daily operations.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to maintain quality and safety.
