Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Gaithersburg, MD. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, open/close shifts, coach staff, and ensure top-quality food and a safe, clean store environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule with the potential to grow into leadership positions, and includes opportunities to earn tips and advance within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and a clean, safe store.
• Collaborate with General Manager to set team morale and tone.
• Grow career within the company; many leaders started as Shift Leaders.
