Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must acquire ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and ensure product quality.
• Grow your career; many GM roles started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
