Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager in driving guest satisfaction. You will coach team members, help open and close the store, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 18, can work varied hours including early mornings and weekends, and can pass background checks. ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Able to pass background check as required by law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training is required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred but location-based.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Demonstrate leadership and grow within the role toward store leadership positions.
