Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision and maintain quality and safety.
• Provide feedback and coach team members to uphold standards.
