The role requires a high school diploma, age 18+, and the ability to work varied hours including mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Able to pass background check as required by law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and set morale and tone in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Coach team members and provide feedback as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
