Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support shift management and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise stations, open/close the restaurant as needed, and uphold opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring ticket accuracy, weights, pace, cleanliness, and cash handling. You will address guest issues with management guidance and reinforce company policies while building positive team relations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and coordinating a team during a shift.
• Ability to follow recipes and ensure accurate ticket preparation.
• Strong attention to weights, measurements, and speed of service.
• Commitment to cleanliness and cash handling procedures.
• Good communication with management and respect for coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned stations and assist management with shift duties.
• Ensure team members read tickets and follow recipes accurately.
• Maintain accuracy in weights and measurements for all items.
• Monitor service pace to meet established speed goals.
• Keep workstations clean and stocked; enforce cleanliness standards.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and security is maintained.
• Oversee dining room, restrooms, parking lot and general facility cleanliness.
• Address guest issues promptly and escalate to management when needed.
• Provide feedback and direction to team members; communicate performance issues.
