Job summary

Chick-fil-A Millington is seeking a Team Leader to assist the management team with shift oversight and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise assigned stations, open or close when needed, and follow established opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include ensuring recipes are followed, accurate weights, clean workstations, proper cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.

Qualifications

• Supervise assigned stations for an entire shift.
• Follow recipes and read tickets to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain pace to meet speed of service guidelines.
• Ensure workstations are clean at all times.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift stations and assist management with opening/closing.
• Ensure cooks follow recipes and weigh items accurately.
• Maintain compliance with cleanliness, safety and cash handling standards.
• Address guest issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Communicate performance and policy violations to management.
