Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the Director team in shift management and ensure guests have an outstanding experience. Managers supervise an entire shift and may open or close the restaurant in the absence of a Director.

Responsibilities include ensuring recipes are followed, weights are accurate, and the pace of service meets standards. The role also requires maintaining cleanliness, proper cash handling, security, and addressing guest issues with management.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a shift and directing a team.
• Ability to maintain high standards of guest service and adherence to procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Insures that Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
• Insures that Team Members are extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Insures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
• Insures that workstations are clean at all times.
• Insures that cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.
• Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.
• Insures that Team Members monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.
• Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
