Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high food quality in a clean, safe environment.

The position offers growth opportunities within Bagel Brands, with a focus on leadership development and customer service excellence. The team emphasizes a friendly, efficient operation with flexible scheduling, and pay scales that reward experience and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Background check as required by law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state Driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow within the company from Shift Leader to General Manager over time.
