Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Columbus, OH seeks a Shift Leader to energize the team, supervise daily operations, and deliver a memorable guest experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate staff, coach team members, and ensure the store runs smoothly during shifts.

Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends. ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have or be able to obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support growth and performance.
