Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Cincinnati is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the crew and deliver a great guest experience, coach team members, and help open/close the store with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Able to work varied hours, including early hours and weekends.
Must pass background check per local, state, and federal law.
ServSafe Certification required prior to completion of leadership training.
Possession of a valid state driver’s license; driving may be required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience.
Coach team members and provide feedback to maintain quality and safety.
Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
Help maintain a clean, safe store environment and uphold food quality standards.
