Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring for a Shift Leader in West Chester, OH. The role works with the General Manager to motivate the team, deliver a top guest experience, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The position offers growth toward a General Manager role and emphasizes work-life balance with no evenings or nights in many locations. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, being 18+, ability to work varied hours (including early shifts as early as 3am), passing a

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion.
Possession of a current, valid driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone of the team and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
Opportunity to grow from Shift Leader to General Manager over time.
