Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to uphold quality and service standards.
