Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• 1+ year full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, both oral and written
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Must be able to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin's standards to guests
• Resolve guest concerns and maximize profits
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Coordinate with exempt management for training and growth
