Job summary
The MPMC McDonald's Organization in California is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and strong leadership across Crew and other Managers. You will supervise food safety and cleanliness, communicate with teammates, achieve shift goals, monitor safety, profitability, and inventory, and train new team members.
This role supports guest satisfaction in a busy South El Monte restaurant, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager
- Must be a legal U.S. citizen
- Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation)
Responsibilities
- Oversee weekly shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experiences
- Provide leadership to Crew and Managers during shifts
- Supervise food safety and cleanliness to McDonald’s standards
- Communicate with Crew and Shift Managers to prepare for future shifts
- Achieve targets, monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability
- Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance
- Train new team members on essential job functions
