Job summary

The MPMC McDonald's Organization is seeking a Shift Leader in Pico Rivera, CA. You will oversee weekly shifts to ensure guests receive fast, friendly service and maintain McDonald’s standards of quality and cleanliness.

You will lead Crew and other Managers during shifts, monitor safety, inventory and performance, and train new staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role offers growth opportunities within a locally owned McDonald’s organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager.
• Must be a legal U.S. citizen.
• Must have a California Food Handler Card.

• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experiences.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate with Crew and other Shift Managers to prepare for great shifts.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
