The MPMC McDonald's Organization in El Monte, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee weekly shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.

You will lead Crew and other Managers, supervise food safety, communicate with teams, and work to meet targets while maintaining quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to work as a manager.
• Must be a legal U.S. citizen.
• Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experiences.
• Provide leadership to Crew and Managers during shifts to uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness to McDonald's standards.
• Communicate with Crew and next Shift Managers to prep for great shifts.
• Achieve targets and monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
• Lead guest experience by checking in with guests and resolving concerns.
• Promote the McDonald’s App benefits and promotions to customers.
