Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Must have strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory training as needed.
• Drive brand values and training across the team.
• Coach and develop management and crew members.
• Support hiring and staffing at under‑staffed cafes.
• Assist with new software rollouts and training.
• Ensure training programs meet DYNE and Tropical Smoothie Café standards.
• Interact with crew, customers, and vendors per DYNE values.
• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality to every customer.
• Train crew during shifts to uphold brand standards.
• Utilize MyInventory to manage labor and inventory.
