Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management and supervisory abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to learn other software.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist inventory training as needed.
• Drive brand values through training programs.
• Coach and develop management and crew members.
• Assist with hiring and staffing for under-staffed cafes.
• Support new software rollouts and training.
• Ensure training programs meet DYNE standards.
• Interact with crew members and customers using DYNE values.
• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality to every customer.
