Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to join our Conroe, TX team. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the crew, coach team members, and uphold guest experience with consistent quality.

You’ll help open and close the store, maintain a safe, clean environment, and ensure top-notch food and beverage standards. We offer a flexible, morning-focused schedule, and opportunities to advance within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training (if required by location).
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred or as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and ensure food/beverage quality.
• Grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
