Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager and drive a great guest experience across our stores. You will lead and motivate the team, ensuring quality and safety while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and coach teammates to deliver fast, friendly service. A high school diploma, 18+ years old, and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early shifts.
• Pass background check per local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Coach team members and provide feedback to maintain quality and safety.
