Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet all company standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the position.
• Ensure the team works safely and follows all safety guidelines and procedures.
• All other duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly.
