Bruegger's Bagels in DeWitt, NY is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You will coach staff, open/close the store, and uphold high standards for food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check per local, state and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred but not required at all locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Coach team members and provide feedback.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment.
