Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader at our Fairport, NY location. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach staff, and deliver a top-notch guest experience.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and product quality. The role offers a flexible schedule, with opportunities for career growth and advancement within Bruegger's Bagels.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and ensure food quality.
