The role involves training staff, inventory control, policy compliance, and opening/closing duties with a focus on guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a shift to ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Work as cashier or cook while guiding staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Train newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practice inventory control standards.
• Store policies are followed by all staff.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure breaks are coordinated effectively and quickly.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist other positions when necessary.
• Keep kitchen and dining area clean throughout the shift.
• Ensure health and safety consciousness of crew members.
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.
• Close procedures: equipment accounted for, trash handled, floors swept and mopped.
