Responsibilities

• Oversee all tasks of the Wingstop crew during a shift and ensure service quality.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and timely order fulfillment with a guest-friendly environment.
• Train new crew members and practice inventory controls.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to store policies.
• Open and close the restaurant and manage staffing during shifts.
