Job summary

Wingstop – FWS is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations. This entry-level supervisory role focuses on upholding Wingstop culture, delivering great guest service, and driving performance on shift.

You will be trained on everything needed to grow toward a General Manager role, with opportunities for upward mobility within the franchise. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and a passion for teamwork and high standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous food service supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Certification required once hired.
• 6 months experience using a POS system.
• Meet policies including cash handling, safety, and security.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity and supports Wingstop culture.
• Assist General Manager in meeting store goals.
• Drive operational excellence by managing labor and food costs.
• Ensure a safe, respectful restaurant environment.
• Maintain standard operations and communicate needs to the team.
