Qualifications

• Strong sense of guest service and team leadership.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across all stations during the shift.
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance.
• Review shift results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Uphold operational and brand standards on the floor.
