Burger King is hiring for a Shift Leader at Store #6065, 5525 Carmichael Road, Montgomery, AL 36117. As a Shift Coordinator, you will lead a team during your shift and ensure fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.

You will get hands-on leadership training and mentorship, with a clear path toward Assistant Manager and General Manager roles. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required as the schedule demands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong guest service and team leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift.
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance.
• Review shift results and identify opportunities to improve.
• Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in on the floor when needed.
