Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive daily operations at our car wash location. This role offers on-the-job training, biweekly tips, and growth opportunities from within the team.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus tips, with a focus on leading a fast-paced, active team and delivering great customer service. Join a supportive, team-oriented environment that promotes from within and rewards performance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
