Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and support a team in a fast-paced car wash environment. You will deliver excellent customer service, oversee activities, and help ensure smooth shift execution.

The role offers starting pay of $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, paid training, and real opportunities for advancement into management within a friendly, team-focused culture. Flexible shifts suit active, outdoor work.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable outdoors in various weather conditions; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Evenings and weekends available; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
