Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and lead a dynamic team. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership, paid training, and opportunities to move into management as you help grow a thriving car-wash business.

You’ll supervise staff during shifts, ensure tasks are completed, handle customer inquiries, and maintain wash quality and safety standards. A great fit for energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight

• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
