Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Michigan is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role to support daily shift operations, supervise a team, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced car wash environment.

You will lead the team, train staff, ensure safety, and help optimize wash quality and efficiency across shifts. Starting pay is $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips with opportunities for growth within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Evenings and weekends availability
• Pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and supervise the team
• Ensure team members understand and complete tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and safety policies
• Maintain site cleanliness and wash quality
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment
