WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader in Michigan for a fast-paced, active role. Starting pay is $17–$19/hour plus biweekly tips and paid training. Flexible shifts and opportunities for advancement within the company are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service roles preferred.
• This is a fast-paced, active shift leadership position.
• Paid training provided to all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee the team.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
