WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader for full-time work in Michigan. This role keeps the car wash operating smoothly, greets customers, and guides a small team during each shift.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour plus biweekly tips. We provide paid training, promote from within, and offer benefits like healthcare, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities to move into management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
