WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Michigan is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, fast-paced role. You’ll lead the team on shift, support daily operations, and deliver excellent customer service, while earning $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips.
No car wash experience required; paid training is provided and opportunities to advance into management are available within a growing company.
Competenze
- Must be 18+ years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable outdoors in various weather conditions.
Mansioni
- Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
- Ensure team members understand and complete responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
- Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Support store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
- Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
