Job summary

WhiteWater Express seeks a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and lead the team on site. You’ll stay active, deliver excellent customer service, and promote from within.

Starting pay is $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
